The Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Dr. Bernard M. Doro, has hosted the second Plateau North Expanded Stakeholders Engagement of the All Progressives Congress (APC), calling for unity and massive voter registration across the zone.
Dr. Doro attended the meeting alongside the Special Adviser on Political Matters and Intelligence, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Baba Hassan, and other senior aides. The meeting brought together party leaders and stakeholders from the Northern Zone of Plateau State.
The engagement focused on strengthening party unity, boosting grassroots participation, and promoting the progressive values of the APC across the zone.
Speaking at the meeting, the Minister highlighted the strategic importance of Plateau North, noting that the zone contributes over 50 percent of the total votes in the state. He stressed that unity, cooperation, and shared responsibility among party members are crucial for success.
Dr. Doro also urged stakeholders to intensify party registration and mobilization efforts, while welcoming new members into the APC. He assured both old and new members of fairness, inclusion, and equal opportunities within the party as it continues to grow stronger and more united.
