Kelechi Iheanacho hopes he will be offered a new deal by Scottish Premiership champions, Celtic, DAILY POST reports.
Iheanacho arrived at the Celtic Park on a free transfer last summer after parting ways with LaLiga outfit, Sevilla.
The Hoops have the option to extend his stay for an additional year but are yet to take a decision on the striker’s future.
The Nigeria international is a fan favourite after scoring a number of crucial goals for the club.
Iheanacho finished the campaign with nine goals in 24 appearances across all competitions.
“I hope I’m still a Celtic player at the start of next season, but I leave that to the club to sort out,” Iheanacho told Premier Sports.
