25 Alleged Cult Members Abducted During Initiation in Jos Forest

At least 25 individuals believed to be members of a cult group were abducted on Saturday during an initiation ceremony in a forest along the Jos-Bauchi Road in Plateau State.
According to local sources, armed men stormed the gathering in the Jos North Local Government Area, took the participants hostage, and transported them to an undisclosed location. The identities of the victims remain unknown, and the motive behind the attack is yet to be established.
As of now, security agencies have not released an official statement regarding the incident. However, residents report a noticeable increase in patrols and surveillance in the affected area.
