A theologian and spiritual leader, Joshua Sati, is set to officially launch his new book, “Alpha Sheep: Rediscovering True Shepherding in an Age of Celebrity Pastors,” in Jos on Sunday, March 29, 2026.

Rev. Sati, who has over two decades of pastoral and teaching experience within the Evangelical Church Winning All, will unveil the book at the Sarau Event Center by 3:00 p.m.
The book explores the concept of Christ-centered leadership, challenging prevailing trends of power, pride, and self-promotion in modern leadership spaces. It calls for a return to values rooted in humility, obedience, and service, emphasizing that true leadership is shaped by alignment with God’s purpose rather than personal ambition.

Blending biblical teachings with practical insights, Rev. Sati presents a model of leadership defined by compassion, courage, and spiritual discipline. He argues that authentic authority comes not from dominance, but from a life guided by faith and a commitment to serving others.
Alpha Sheep also redefines strength in leadership, presenting meekness as a form of divine strength under control. The message, according to the author, extends beyond the church, addressing leadership challenges in wider society where personality-driven influence often overshadows institutions and values.
The launch is expected to draw a wide audience, including religious leaders, professionals, policymakers, and members of the public interested in leadership and societal development.
Organizers say the event is open to the public.
