Hundreds of angry residents in Plateau State took to the streets on Monday morning, defying the state-imposed curfew, to protest the deadly Palm Sunday attack that claimed several lives in Jos North Local Government Area.

The demonstration began at the scene of the massacre in Anguwan Rukuba and was captured in a live TikTok stream obtained by DAILY POST.

According to the live stream the protest began as early as 9am Monday morning.

The protesters, visibly agitated, were seen chanting and demanding urgent government action, insisting that the curfew alone cannot address the recurring violence.

According to the livestream, Plateau State Governor, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, had just arrived at the protest site.
