Several persons have reportedly been trapped after a hotel building identified as Ugo West Hotel, still under construction, collapsed in the Jikwoyi area of Abuja on Friday.
The incident has caused panic in the community, with residents and passersby rushing to the scene to assist in rescue efforts.
Eyewitnesses said the structure suddenly gave way, leaving workers and occupants buried beneath the rubble.
