Former House of Representatives member, Honorable Dachung Musa Bagos, has been screened and officially cleared by the All Progressives Congress (APC) to contest for the Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency seat.
The screening and clearance mark a major step in Bagos’s bid to return to the National Assembly and represent the constituency once again.
Party officials said the exercise was part of APC’s preparations ahead of its forthcoming primaries, where aspirants are being vetted for various elective positions.
Bagos expressed appreciation to the party leadership for a transparent process and reaffirmed his commitment to democratic values and service to the people.
He also thanked his supporters across Jos South and Jos East for their encouragement, loyalty, and confidence in his leadership.
The former lawmaker is expected to intensify consultations and grassroots engagement as the APC primaries approach.
