Nigerian rapper Ice Prince has spoken candidly about his past struggle with smoking, describing it as one of the worst habits he ever picked up.
In a heartfelt reflection, the rapper said learning how to roll and smoke became a turning point he later regretted deeply.
“I just thank God for helping me to stop smoking, because in my life one of the worst things that happened to me was learning how to roll,” he said.
Ice Prince admitted that before finally quitting, there were many moments when he wished he had never learned the habit in the first place.
He explained that if he had not known how to roll, he might have smoked less frequently or possibly avoided it altogether.
According to him, the habit became excessive and consumed much of his daily routine.
“You wake up in the morning, you’re rolling. You’re in the studio, and you’re rolling. Man, it was so crazy,” he stated.
The rapper expressed gratitude to God for helping him break free from the addiction and move into a healthier phase of life.
His revelation has drawn praise from fans, many of whom commended his honesty and courage in speaking openly about personal struggles and recovery.
